Homeschool - Gymnastics

Ages 3 and up
This class is designed for the homeschooler. This 1 hour class will enable the students to better understand their bodies, their physical limitations, capabilities, characteristics and needs, and potential for performing in a variety of physical activities. This class utilizes the gymnastic equipment while balancing ball skills, individual and dual activities, team activities, relays, singing games, story games, games of low organization, nutrition and health.
